The Origins of Royal Roofing
Royal Construction Company was founded in 1958 by Peter Dzenutis, Sr. Based in Canton Connecticut, the family business has been handed down to five brothers to carry on their father’s tradition of “service and quality at an affordable price”.
Peter’s son, David Dzenutis, manages Royal Construction Company’s Roofing Division. As a young man, David often told his father he wanted to work his way to the top of the family business, and one warm spring day, Peter pointed to the rooftop of a newly built home in the final phases of construction and said, walk up and down that ladder everyday with consistency and purpose, and one day you just might find yourself at the top of the family business. David did just that and never looked back, building a reputation for quality roofing work that was delivered on time and on budget.

David and his team of Connecticut roofers work hard to continue the legacy his father left behind. To this day, Royal Roofing is still built upon the simple values of good old-fashioned customer care and quality service.
An avid cyclist, when David isn’t working on roofs, you’ll find him pedaling the hillsides of Farmington Valley and the scenic hills of Litchfield County Connecticut.
